How to connect your account

✅ To apply as a medicube PRO ambassador, connect at least one account — Instagram or TikTok. Follow the steps below to connect, and show us who you are.

Instagram

Instagram requires a Professional account (Creator or Business). Switching is free, takes about 30 seconds, and won't change your username, followers, or existing posts.

If you already have a Professional account

1. Tap Connect
2. Log in to Instagram
3. On the permission screen, keep every toggle ON
4. Tap Allow
5. Your Instagram username appears in the list once connected

🔒 These permissions only let medicube PRO access your public content. Your private posts and DMs are never accessed.

If you have a personal account

1. Tap Connect
2. Log in to Instagram
3. When prompted, tap Change to switch to a Professional account
4. Choose Creator or Business, then tap Next
5. Select your category and tap Done
6. Tap Continue → Done
7. Keep every toggle ON and tap Allow
8. Your Instagram username appears in the list once connected

Connection failed?

1. Use the medicube PRO app

• Connecting in the app is the most reliable way. If you started on a browser, download the app and complete the connection there.

2. Turn on every permission

• Connection fails unless all toggles are on. Remove medicube PRO from your Instagram permissions, then reconnect with every toggle turned on.

3. Check your account type

• Instagram must be set to a Professional account (Creator or Business).

4. Clear your browser cache

• If you're connecting on a browser, clear the cache and try again.

5. Temporarily remove the Instagram app

• Delete Instagram from your phone, complete the connection, then reinstall it. Your account and posts are unaffected

TikTok

No account type requirement — any TikTok account works.

1. Tap Connect
2. Log in to TikTok, or scan the QR code with your phone
3. Tap Authorize
4. You'll see a green "TikTok connected" status

Each campaign runs on a specific channel. To apply, you need that channel connected — Instagram campaigns require Instagram, TikTok campaigns require TikTok.

🩷 To match you with the right campaigns

We recommend campaigns that fit the channels you're active on.

medicube PRO cannot access:

• Private posts
• Direct messages
• Personal information such as your contact list or account settings

Managing your connection

• Go to My Page > Manage accounts to view your connected channels, connect a new one, or disconnect at any time.
• Connections expire after a set period for security. When yours is close to expiring, we'll send you a notification — reconnecting takes just a few clicks.
